个人简介

1984年毕业于北京师范大学物理系,获学士学位;

1987年毕业于北京师范大学低能核物理所,获硕士学位;

1987-1993年在北京大学微电子所工作;

1996年毕业于香港中文大学电子工程系,获博士学位;

1997-1998年在加拿大McMaster大学光电子材料及器件中心做访问学者;

2001-2002年在意大利比萨大学物理系及意大利国家原子核物理研究院比萨分院做高级访问学者。

曾获得霍英东教育基金会第七届高等院校青年教师奖(研究类)三等奖(2000年3月),1997年入选北京市科技新星计划,1999年入选北京市跨世纪优秀人才工程,2006年3月入选新世纪百千万人才工程北京市级人选。先后主持近20项国家自然科学基金、科技部863计划、教育部、北京市的科研基金、仪器研发或平台建设项目,发表论文数十篇。目前主要从事新颖半导体器件物理及技术、半导体光电子学及应用、半导体核探测器与核电子学方面的教学、科研和产业开发方面的工作。


 长期从事新颖半导体器件物理及技术、半导体光电子学及应用、半导体核探测器与核电子学方面的教学、科研和产业化开发工作,近年来重点研究半导体单光子和单电子探测器及其极微弱信号的测量技术,研究成果主要应用于高能物理和天体物理研究、核医学成像、生物医学检测等领域。
