教育经历


19869月-19906月       在兰州大学现代物理系系攻读学士学位。  

19909月-19936月       在中国科学院近代物理研究所攻读硕士学位,主要从事材料的离子注入效应和改性方面的研究工作。  

19969月-19996月       在中国科学院近半导体研究所攻读博士学位,主要从事宽带半导体材料的生长及物理性能方面的研究工作。  

19937月-19968月       在中国科学院近代物理研究所工作,主要从事材料中惰性气体的凝聚特征和金属材料的辐照效应方面的研究工作。  

1999年-至今                 在北京师范大学物理系工作,主要从事纳米材料的生长和性能方面的研究工作。  

200310月-200311月     在意大利ICTP访问。  

20049月-20058月         在Manchester University 的材料中心和化学系,从事纳米材料的合成和性能方面的研究工作。
